Dora started bboying in 1997.
She was fascinated by the skillz of some beginners, some youngsters who had just started to do some breakdance lessons in a dance school.
After some weeks she could find some serious rockers doing their usually trainings on the street in the underground. She joined them and started to get involved in a world that showed her how to learn to respect herself and other people around her.
Being a hard-worker she managed to break the limits of my phisical and mental capabilities day by day. "It is not about beating anyone else, but myself."
"During the first years I could meet some people in this culture that had an enormous influence in the fact that I am still active. Their support and empathy opened a new world for me so that I could go on even if the technically part of this precious dance is not really easy for someone with no previous education or talent."
"I wanted to learn more and more and get to know the culture of the people in the other parts of the world who are also related."
Meeting a lot of interesting people is the soul of this community. No matter where you are from you came to represent yourself on a different way to the same beats on the same floor!
Beside taking part in battles, making shows or giving workshops around the world she help to organise bboy events. "I would like to support as well the new generation so that they can also have such constructive experiences like I used to have and I still have."
